If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 999 (UK) or 112 (most of Europe) now. Do not delay seeking emergency care in order to read information online.

1. Not medical advice

cliniccheck publishes general information about medical treatment abroad for UK patients. The content is educational. It does not constitute medical, dental, surgical, psychological or any other professional advice, and it is not a substitute for an individual clinical assessment, diagnosis or treatment plan provided by a qualified clinician.

2. No doctor–patient relationship

Reading, sharing or relying on content on the site does not create a doctor–patient, dentist–patient, surgeon–patient or any other clinical relationship between you and Multiligo Ltd., our editorial team, or any clinician quoted on the site.

3. Decisions about your health

Decisions about your health — including whether to travel abroad for treatment, which clinic to choose, which procedure to undergo, when to fly home, what medication to take and what aftercare to follow — must be made together with a qualified clinician who has examined you in person, reviewed your medical history, and is appropriately licensed and regulated.

Never start, stop or change a treatment, medication or procedure based on information you read on cliniccheck.co.uk alone.

4. Accuracy and currency

Healthcare practice, regulations, clinical guidelines, accreditation status, FCDO travel advice and prices change over time. We aim to keep the site accurate and review content at least every six months, but cannot guarantee that every statement is current at the moment you read it. Always cross-check time-sensitive information directly with the primary source (regulator website, NHS, FCDO, the clinic itself).

5. Listings are not endorsements

A clinic appearing on the site is not an endorsement, recommendation or certification by us. We do not verify the clinical outcomes of any listed clinic. Use the checklists provided on the site as a starting framework for your own due diligence. The responsibility for choosing and verifying a clinic remains yours.

6. Third-party information

Where we cite regulators, professional bodies, the NHS, the FCDO or other third parties, we link to their primary sources. We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of third-party pages. The information on those pages is the responsibility of its respective publisher.

7. UK-specific context

Our content is written for residents of the United Kingdom. References to the NHS, FCDO, ICO and UK regulatory bodies (GMC, GDC, NICE, HFEA, BAAPS, BAPRAS, BOA, RCOphth, BOMSS) assume a UK perspective. If you are based outside the UK the applicable laws, healthcare entitlements and regulatory frameworks may differ significantly.

8. Travel safety

Always check the most recent FCDO travel advice for any destination country before booking. Travel conditions, visa requirements and country-specific safety guidance change without notice. See gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice.

9. Contact
