Take baseline photographs of your donor and recipient areas before surgery; they are essential for any future warranty claim.

Red flags — walk away if you see these

Quote on Instagram DM with no clinical assessment.
Surgeon never named or never met.
Procedure in a hotel suite or unlicensed facility.
Graft promises of 6,000+ in a single session.
"Lifetime guarantee" without conditions.
Patient reviews only on the clinic's own social channels.

Aftercare

Written aftercare schedule covering days 0–14 and months 1, 3, 6, 12.
Photographs at each milestone help judge final result.
PRP or growth-factor add-ons clearly priced and clinically justified.
Upsells in the chair are a warning sign.
Confirm what is covered if grafts fail to take.
Most clinics offer free top-ups after 12 months for genuine failure — get it in writing.
